Actually, all but two of the purses (one from H&M on the top row center and one from Longchamp on the middle row to the right) are vintage or purchased from Salvation Army for less $4.00 or less. The center white purse was bought from Salvo and I think it's really cute and simple, but I found someone's hair in it and it really creeped me out.

It's amazing how a woman's essence can be encapsulated in a purse even after its been given away. When I receive or buy a used purse, I picture the woman who used it before me: what she may have been wearing, what she loved about the purse, what kinds of items she kept inside it. I guess that's also why I find it hard to part with my purses. They almost become like an extension of myself.
The new purse is so gorgeous and cute!
ReplyDeleteI thought you would like it! Totally up your alley. Like something you'd find at the Brooklyn Flea. ;) Love ya!
DeleteYou could always add some color by tying a short scarf to any of the purses! They are so great. You are an amazing shopper!
ReplyDeleteThanks, girly. We need a shopping excursion asap. And yes, I should try the scarf on bag approach, super cute!
DeleteI love your purses!
