Christmas 2012.

Each year I get older and become less and less concerned with which gifts I will receive. I become much more interested in finding nice and thoughtful gifts for the ones I love and it is usually really hard for me to keep the presents a surprise from them! As a consequence of this change, Christmas becomes increasingly sentimental to me each year.

Here are some photos from Christmas at my mom's house this year:

The aftermath:

My mom is the most amazing cook in the world, in my opinion. For Christmas, she made challah bread French toast and of course she made her usual and amazing roast beef dinner, with help from my step-father!

My grandma now lives in an assisted living facility. She has fourteen grandchildren and is an amazing woman. She no longer wants presents for Christmas, so I decided I would paint her a Christmas card instead. I also painted one for my Grandma Ülla.

I also couldn't help myself when I saw these adorable mugs at Target. Every time I use them, they put a huge smile on my face!

I hope everyone else had a lovely holiday season!
xoxo
